Thank you for considering our services! To ensure a smooth appointment booking process, we’ve outlined the following policy for service-based appointments and special events:

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

 

Late Arrivals:

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment start time will be considered a no-show. See No-Show Policy.

 

No-Show Policy:

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you may be charged for the full session using the payment method provided at booking.

 

Extenuating Circumstances:

We understand that unexpected situations may arise and will review such instances on a case-by-case basis.

Self-Scheduling:

We encourage clients to use our self-scheduling software integrated with our website. This allows you to choose a convenient time slot without the need for back-and-forth emails or phone calls.

 

Clear Appointment Details:

We list different appointment types along with clear descriptions. Clients can self-select the booking option that best suits their needs.

 

No Refunds for Special Events:

Once you have booked our services for a special event, refunds will not be offered under any circumstances. This policy applies to all types of special events hosted by EmpowHer Rome.

 

Pricing Information:

Service prices are included, so clients can make informed decisions based on their goals and budget.

 

Appointment Durations:

We set expectations for how long each meeting, service, or event will last.

  

Business Owner’s Responsibility:

If we, EmpowHer Rome, need to make a last-minute cancellation, we will notify you promptly. In such cases, clients will not be charged any fees and will receive priority rebooking or a full refund if desired.

 

Refunds:

Refunds are available for cancellations made prior to the 24-hour cancellation window.

 

Privacy and Confidentiality:

All client information shared during appointments is strictly confidential.

We adhere to privacy regulations and protect your personal data.
